Online Booking

Assiniboine Golf Course online booking procedure allows golfers to create their own private account to play at our course.  Basic personal information is completed only ONCE during initial setup and subsequent booking will require only your name and private password.

Booking Policy

Please note the following seven (7) statements prior to booking online tee time:

• You will require a name, telephone number, email address, and valid credit card to reserve a tee time; your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking so you can choose any conventional form of payment at the time of play.
• Your personal information including name, address and telephone, email, and credit card information is protected within a safety-assured site. Under no circumstance does the Assiniboine Golf Course parlay or share your private information with third or inquiring parties.
• If you wish to book a gas cart you can note the gas cart in the booking however a gas cart reservation can only be confirmed through contacting the proshop at 988-9313.
• Online tee times are primarily intended for three and foursomes. Please note; all twosomes and singles will be paired with an adjoining group when possible. Please call 988-9313 for single bookings.
• Assiniboine Golf Course enforces a firm 24 hour cancellation policy. Please note; anytime prior to 24 hours before your tee time, you may cancel or modify your tee time by contacting the proshop @ 988-9313 with absolutely no penalty or fee.
  • NOTE - If you change or modify the number of players booked for your tee time OR cancel past the 24 hour deadline - subsequent charges may occur.
• Please feel free to contact the proshop at 988-9313 for any questions regarding our online booking; small group and tournament events; or information regarding leagues, merchandise, and lessons.
• Assiniboine Golf Course offers a 2 day booking policy for all green fee players. Members may receive a more privileged booking privilege AFTER making their first booking by contacting proshop@golfassiniboine.com or 988-9313 requesting elevated privileges on their internet account.

Rules of Play

• All players are required to have their own set of golf clubs, be able to play 9 holes at a 2 hour pace of play and adhere to the dress code of the Assiniboine Golf Club.
